The following forms of payment are accepted: Cash or Check (with license number), Visa, MasterCard (4% added to bill for credit use), and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. I keep my fees affordable making my services a better option so you do not have to deal with the headaches of meeting your deductible requirements for insurance, and at this time there are no proper codes for orofacial myofunctional therapy.
