Dr. Kleinman has taken special training by world renowned, Dr. Soroush Zaghi in frenuloplasty which is a more extensive procedure that removes not only the frenum but, also the fibers which can extend into the surrounding tissue and sometimes into the tongue muscle. This technique is based on very precise surgery giving a more functional release using scissor and suture which allows patient to heal by primary intention with less scarring.
Dr. Kleinman collaborates with Certified Myofunctional Therapist, Chris Zombek, also located in the Westminster (Carroll County) Maryland area, to gain optimal function by using pre- and post-op therapy that brings awareness and mobility for optimal healing and less scarring and reattachment.
